What RapidFill can do in your Chrome, and what it never does.

Chrome permissions

  Keeps your profile, settings and job list in Chrome on your computer, so RapidFill remembers you between visits.

• Store your resumes on this device

  Your resume PDFs and the tailored copies are kept here, on your computer. Chrome's normal storage limit is too small for them.

• Run things at the time you choose

  Wakes RapidFill for the days and hours you schedule, and for the optional Naukri profile refresh if you turn it on.

• Show the RapidFill panel

  Puts RapidFill in Chrome's side panel, next to the page you are on.

• Keep its work tabs together

  When it works in your own window, RapidFill puts the job tabs it opens into one labelled tab group, so you can see and close them in one place. It does not read or move your other tabs.

  Lets you know when jobs are waiting for your approval, when a run finishes, or when a site needs you to step in.

  Runs the form-filling step on the job pages RapidFill opens and on the supported application sites listed below.

• Save the job you are looking at

  Lets RapidFill read the page you are on, only when you use the Save shortcut or toolbar button. It reads the job details the page already shows, and sends that page's address and those job details to your RapidFill account to save the job. Nothing else on the page is read.

• See your open tabs' addresses, only if you ask

  tabs

  Asked only when you click Fill on this site, never at install. Chrome words this permission as reading your browsing history: once you allow it, RapidFill can see the addresses and titles of your open tabs. RapidFill uses it only to read the address of the tab you are on, so it can offer to fill application forms on that one site, and does not store or send that address. You can remove the permission any time in Chrome's extension settings.

• Confirm an application really was sent

  Watches the response to the application you just submitted on LinkedIn or Naukri, and the final submit request on Workday and Oracle job sites, so RapidFill says "Applied" only when the site confirms it. It cannot change, block or read the contents of a request: it stores only the HTTP status and the time, never the address or the response body, and it only observes the sites listed below. On Workday and Oracle job sites, a small helper inside the page reads only the site's own answer to your Submit, and only after you press Submit during a RapidFill Co-Pilot session; it is present on those pages but passes everything else straight through, and never sends anything anywhere.

Coming with job saving

Not in the extension yet. When they ship, they move into the lists above.

What we never do

• We never read your messages

  No inbox, no email, no recruiter chats. RapidFill does not open them.

• We never touch your password

  RapidFill does not fill, read or store password fields. You stay signed in to LinkedIn and Naukri yourself.

• We never sign in for you

  If a site asks you to log in or verify it is you, RapidFill stops and tells you. It does not try to get past it.

• We never tick consent boxes

  Privacy and consent checkboxes are always left for you.

• We never make up your answers

  If a form asks about work authorisation or sponsorship and you have not told us, the answer stays blank for you to give.

• Our servers never visit LinkedIn or Naukri

  Everything on those sites is read by the extension, in your own Chrome, while you are signed in.

• We never read your Chrome cookies

  RapidFill does not ask for the cookies permission, so it cannot see your sign-in sessions.

• Our own tests never submit

  When we test form filling ourselves, it fills the form and stops. It never presses submit.
